This Privacy Policy explains what information Hasheem Gaming ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use the Hasheem Gaming mobile app (the "App"), why we collect it, and how it is used, shared, and protected.

• Listing and transaction data: details and photos of items or game accounts you list, along with buying and selling activity within the App.
• Communications: messages exchanged between buyers and sellers through the App.
• Device and usage data: basic technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, and general usage patterns, used to keep the App working reliably.

Signing in with Google

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google in order to create and secure your Hasheem Gaming account. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not post to your Google account or access other Google services on your behalf.

How we use your information

• To create and maintain your account, and to verify who you are.
• To operate core marketplace features: listings, search, messaging, and transactions.
• To process payments and keep accurate transaction records.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
• To communicate with you about your account, transactions, or support requests.

Payments

Payments made through the App are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card or mobile-money account details on our own servers — payment providers handle that information directly under their own security and privacy practices. We retain transaction records (such as amounts, dates, and order details) as needed for accounting, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Other users, limited to what's needed to complete a transaction (such as a display name and listing details).
• Service providers who help us operate the App, such as hosting, email delivery, and payment processing, under agreements that limit their use of your data.
• Authorities, where required to comply with the law or to protect the safety of our users.

Data retention and account deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the App's features, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at support@hasheemgaming.com. Some information, such as records required for legal or accounting purposes, may be retained for a limited period after deletion as required by law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the App.
