Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using the Hasheem Gaming mobile app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts

You can create an account with an email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@hasheemgaming.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. The marketplace

Hasheem Gaming allows users to list, browse, buy, and sell products and game accounts. We do not own or inspect items listed by users, and we are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. You are responsible for the accuracy of your own listings and for fulfilling your obligations as a buyer or seller.

You agree not to list or trade:

• Illegal items, or items whose sale violates the terms of any third-party platform or service.
• Stolen goods or compromised or unauthorized accounts.
• Anything intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead another user.

5. Payments and fees

Payments made through the App are handled by third-party payment processors. By making or receiving a payment, you agree to that processor's applicable terms in addition to these Terms. We may charge service fees for certain transactions or features, which will be disclosed to you before you complete a purchase.

6. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or defraud other users.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with the security or proper functioning of the App.
• Use the App for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or where required by law. You may stop using the App and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@hasheemgaming.com.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by users, or that any transaction will be completed successfully.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hasheem Gaming will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or any transaction conducted through it.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hasheem Gaming operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This section is a placeholder pending confirmation of the applicable jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
