Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Hasheem Gaming website and purchases made here. Please read them with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. The app and transactions between marketplace users may have additional terms. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Eligibility and your account

You must have the legal capacity to make a purchase, or the involvement of an authorised parent or guardian where permitted, and permission to use the payment method. Use accurate account and payment information. Product age restrictions and publisher requirements still apply.

Website access uses an existing Hasheem app account. Approve only a browser you recognise and control. A new browser sign-in ends the previous browser session. You can sign out here or revoke access from the app. Tell support promptly if you suspect unauthorised use; you are not automatically responsible for every transaction merely because it appears on your account.

What is available on the website

• Tokens: service credits for supported app actions such as listings, edits and boosts. They are not an investment or a promise of cash redemption.
• PC game access: the access or download entitlement described for the selected PC title or available bundle. A “coming soon” card is a preview, not a promise of current availability.
• Trusted Seller: the account badge described at checkout. A badge is not a guarantee of a seller’s conduct, product authenticity or the outcome of a transaction.
• App and communities: the Google Play launch is advertised as coming soon until a release is announced. The website’s community rail is read-only; messaging and participation take place in the app.

Orders, prices and payment approval

Prices are displayed in Tanzanian shillings (TSH). Review the selected product, amount and payment channel before continuing. The server validates the price; a changed amount requires review. Your provider may separately charge network or conversion fees under its terms.

A purchase reference may be created before payment. It is not proof of a charge or delivery. Payment is confirmed through server-side records, not merely a return page, screenshot or browser message. Pending or interrupted payments may complete later. Check your account and provider record before starting another payment.

We use Snippe and the relevant payment network to process transactions. Never provide your PIN, password or one-time code to support. If money is taken without the entitlement appearing, report the purchase reference so we can reconcile it.

PC games and third-party rights

Check the title’s platform, available requirements, description and access conditions before purchase. Details that are absent are not guarantees of compatibility. Download hosts and game publishers may impose separate terms, account requirements and availability limits.

An unlock does not transfer ownership of a game’s intellectual property or replace a publisher licence. You must hold any required licence and use files lawfully. We may remove or restrict a link where it is unavailable, unsafe or subject to a rights complaint; paid access problems remain subject to our refund policy and applicable law.

Hasheem is not presented as endorsed by Google Play, game publishers or payment networks merely because their names or artwork appear. Trademarks and game artwork belong to their respective owners. Rights holders can report concerns to support with the relevant page URL and evidence of authority.

Acceptable use

• Do not access another person’s account, bypass session checks, guess credentials or impersonate support.
• Do not exploit vulnerabilities, upload malicious material, disrupt the service or evade access and payment controls.
• Do not use stolen payment methods, manipulate purchase records, resell access without permission or use the service for unlawful activity.
• Respect other users’ privacy and the rights of publishers and content owners. Report security issues privately rather than testing against other users’ data.

Suspension and service changes

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal requirements or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the restriction and provide a support route to question it. Restrictions do not automatically remove valid refund rights.

Maintenance, outages and third-party failures may affect access. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or the speed of an external host. Changes affecting paid entitlements will be handled in accordance with the purchase description, our refund policy and applicable law.

Refunds, disputes and responsibility

Our Refund Policy explains duplicate charges, incorrect amounts and failed delivery. Contact support@hasheemgaming.com with the purchase reference and issue. This support process does not prevent you from using a lawful provider dispute process, regulator or court.

Each party remains responsible to the extent required by applicable law. We do not exclude responsibility for fraud or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not make third-party sellers’ promises our own, but that distinction does not remove any responsibility the law places on Hasheem.

Applicable law and updates

These terms are intended to be governed by applicable Tanzanian law, while preserving mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. We will publish revisions with an updated date. Material changes to an existing purchase do not retrospectively remove rights attached to that purchase.
